After leading a California Highway Patrol Officer on a chase, an active duty sailor and his sister were killed in a motorcycle accident when they crashed and were ejected from the motorcycle.

Imperial Beach residents Christopher, 21, and Rachel, 25, were pronounced dead at the scene that happened on Sunday at 7:15 p.m., according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.

The man was leading a goup of three motorcyclists that were allegedly speeding on the Interstate, CHP said.

A CHP officer chased the lead motorcyclists who was going as fast as 115 mph, until he lost control of the bike and crashed into a guardrail killing him and his passenger.
